Jesus, if he's the best we've got we may as well give up.
Rugby Tackle on Viduka in penalty area?
Blatant handball in the 2nd half?
Booking a player THREE TIMES?
Not allowing Australia's third goal?
 |

Haha, yeah. He is a complete berk. He isn't as bad as Uriah Rennie though.
They really need to get some sort of video technology in, or at least a way for somebody upstairs to give them information because theres been so many decisions this world cup that the human eye can't possibly determine in the space of a few seconds. |

Didn't he blow for full time just one second before Viduka (was it Viduka?) scored the third? I hought it was because of the foul at first but then realised the BBC graphics were gone and people were walking off the pitch. Imagine how fucked off Australia would have been if either Japan were beating Brazil and that Viduka goal would have seen them through or if Simunic scored after getting three yellow cards.
What would have happened if the latter took place? could Fifa disallow his goal after the match? |

Unfortunately not. It's all down to the ref. Anyway, at least that's the last we'll be seeing of him for a while. |
