These are the dogs bollocks and they only cost ten of your American dollars, I bought them yesterday:

Wireless headphones. Meaning I can set up my PC to stream Radio Five Live or whatever and merrily wander around the whole house while listening. It's also good for Mrs Chappo because it means that I won't have to wake her up by blasting the radio at 7am on a Saturday when there is an early kick of in the football. I can just lie in bed with these babies on and enjoy! :)

Now if someone (not Mrs Chappo) had taken some initiative and bought me these for Xmas I would have been very happy indeed and at $10 it would have been a lot cheaper than what they DID buy me...(a wind up emergency radio :| ), which has already been put back in the box and placed at the back of the cupboard until the next church jumble sale.

yeh ive got a pair of these, they take 16 hours to charge though, i never use them

The ones I bought are just powered by AAA batteries and I plug the transmitter into the mains. I have a few pairs of rechargable AAA's and so jobs a good 'un there.
