| yep i ran up a huge bill (not mine to pay, mind) in milan with one of those. my italian friends all had them - posh gits. but it was amazing, driving along the motorway checking my myspace. i think they're really good value for money, too. |

mines about 30 quid a month which is more expensive than a broadband connection of equal speed would be, but in a rented house where the landlord refuses to get a landline or have holes drilled for cable, it's the only solution.
i've got a 3gb monthly download limit. not sure how strict tmobile are though, so i might push my luck. i'm up to 400mb in about 5 hours already. |

| yeah it's called a fair use policy where basically what they'll do it during peak hours is reduce your download speed considerably. but off-peak you'll be fine. that's what bt do, supposedly. |

yep i'm still here, and it's still rubbish. my housemate snores SO loudly, honestly. he's on the floor below, and you can hear it throughout the entire house.
work asked me to stay until the end of november so i'm here for a bit longer. after that i dunno what i'm going to do, but i fancy going abroad! that always works out well |

| I might be going to Berlin for a year. Every year the university sends so many students from different courses to different places over the world to study and this year they're sending one person from sonic arts to Berlin. There's about 20 people in my class, but if it comes down to selection from a written proposal I know I can do that. If it's a face to face interview, maybe not. |

Buy them some of those Robbie Fowler type nasal breath easy strips...they work a treat for snoring. Plus you get the added bonus of being able to do a passable Adam Ant impression in the morning! :) Everyone's a winner. |

| There is a visitor in our lab today who's from Antwerp. She's here for a week observing how our analyzers work. She's quite fit too! :) |
