i just fucking fainted in the queue for a rave in hackney and had to be taken home by my friend all the way to hounslow to pick up my key then to sunbury. all i had was about 3 tokes on a joint and just swaying in the crowd i felt myself going and the next thing i knew i was surrounded by people. i feel bloody horrible now but i'm scared to sleep incase of concussion. i keep feeling myself going again. my neck is fucking hurting as well. jesus christ. i've got some luzozade tablets but they aren't really helping.

you've got lucozade in tablet form? what an age
obviously you should go to hospital. knowing that you probably won't, put a cold, wet flannel on your head and try not to go to sleep. if you don't feel better in a couple of hours you might have MASSIVE BRAIN TUMOURS ALL OVER YOUR BRAIN
or, some kind of more serious injury. |

Gave myself and Mrs Chappo a slight fright last night actually.
I had decided to go upstairs and have a snooze on the bed at about 6.00pm so I went and laid propped up on the bed with my mp3 player on relaxing. I nodded off. The next thing I know I woke with a start and couldn't feel my right arm. Like I had a "dead leg" but it was my arm that had gone to sleep. I was still half asleep so wasn't sure if I was dreaming or not and didn't quite have a grasp on the situation...so I started freaking out and rolling around on the bed trying to get some feeling in my arm. Mrs Chappo heard the commotion, ran upstairs, and saw me thrashing about on the bed punching my own arm and generally going "off on one". She thought I was having a fit and in my state I couldn't mouth any words to tell her what was happening. It really freaked me out actually. It's quite unsettling to wake from a nice satisfying sleep and find you can't feel your arm. For a few moments I thought I was dying
We went out and I drank copious amounts of beer later so I could recover my nerves. :? |

| haha, bender. really though, fainting did shit me up as you losing the use of your arm did. it's terrifying when your body just fails on you like that. i hadn't even had a drink or anything! i think it was lack of food/water/sleep or something, as well as the crowd (though i'm usually fine in big crowds) i've felt funny since friday night and i've had a headache all weekend. my body feels physically exhausted despite not having done anything and everything is sort of blurry. if it's a tumour i am not going to be happy. |

Not neccessarily. I have been pondering for some time the notion of putting together a forum book. A nice leather bound collection titled "The Best Of The Wernham Hogg Forum" featuring the finest postings from each forum contributor past and present. I will endeavor to track down every single poster ever and include a "Where Are They Now" section featuring those who have left us and asking them what they're up to. Maybe a section to include all those "outtakes"...posts that you have typed and then decided at the last second to dump and not press that "submit" button. Stuff like that.
In short, it will have everything... the laughs, the loves, the tears... |
