"Like Digg, you can bump the good songs up to the front page, giving the better music more exposure. You can also discover songs and earn free points by listening to The Rack. Listening to the music of your choice just takes a click of the mouse, but you can also create a profile to use more of the site's functionality. Your profile has persistent levels and "levels up" like in any old RPG. You get points by logging in daily, bumping good songs that are subsequently bumped by others, etc. The more points you get, the more you can bump and really flex your influence in the community. It's kind of like a talent scouting RPG for music junkies and a no-bullshit listener-driven radio station for everyone else."
