| i love in jokes like that like a bit nerd. I definitely did sense that s1/2 quality to it, I think even though it involved love interests, the concentration of the episodes was not on them as much as s3/4 episodes, and back on the relationship between the boys. bring it on etc. |

I agree. I'd always wondered where the last couple of series had gone wrong and I think it was the lack of Mark and Jez's shennanigans. Good call! Series 4 still bothers me. |

| i thought series 4 was great. i'm loving series 5 so far but it seems to be so utterly ridiculous now it's almost as if they've become self aware, and it's almost as if they know we're watching. i bet brett would bum jeremy's mum |
