I heard it and thought it picked up where it left off...still very funny.
I liked the bit with the 48 year old bloke calling in pretending to be a 7 year old boy :)
Pah, do you ever listen to "That Was Then, This Is Now" on Radio 2? Richard Herring, Emma Kennedy et al. That's good....although I think there is only 1 show left in the current series. (UK Nova has the rest).
Apart from that I can't think of much else on t'radio at the moment. Always worth looking at the radio category on UKNova or TheBox though as loads of good stuff crops up there. _________________ "For all his horses, knighthoods and championships, he hasn't got two of what I've got. Yeah...TheBox usually has more radio stuff on it.
http://www.thebox.bz/
or there is
http://radioarchive.cc/ which has lots of different types of british radio shows, with a fair bit of comedy in there too. _________________ "For all his horses, knighthoods and championships, he hasn't got two of what I've got. And I don't mean balls!" |

I'm always behind on such things but have just been listening to the whole of Series 3 of 'Down The Line' and it's brilliant.
The last episode is the best with the "different gravy!" bloke at the start. And then there is the bit with the Teacher talking about beating a kid because he asked him to "pull my finger" and cracked out a fart. Just the way you can tell that they are trying to stop themselves from bursting out laughing makes it very very funny. Got strange looks from all when listening on my headphones in the lab with that one.
