lol. Not quite.

They checked his swipe in/swipe out times and found out that they didn't match what he was putting in his timesheet...so they had no choice but to get rid...

It's quite sad really to be honest but the guy had enough "second chances" (well just one second one and then a third etc...but you know what I mean) but he still continued to take the piss.

I do feel like a massive weight has been lifted from me though I must say.

He called me shortly after getting fired. He told me he was arranging to get a job at a KFC...so... onwards and upwards it would seem Wink

That's a bit weird. I mean I assume the job you both do/did is quite a good one, scientist or some sort of lab boffin. It can't have been more than 1-2 days since he was fired and he has already decided to lower himself to working at a fast food place? You must be annoyed though - that's one less place you can eat at now.

Yep. I was saying that very same thing to Mrs Chappo last night. We'll just have to drive the hour and a half to Canada and go to the KFC's over there if we ever get the urge.

Oh well. It's a small price to pay.

Oh and he has to pick a place to work that doesn't drug screen their candidates (he told me this himself)..so that limits his options somewhat.

Shame.... Confused
