Yeah. She's 27. At the moment she's actually considering paying $300 - $500 for a cardboard display box for a set of plastic anime figures she's collected.

Yeah...it baffles me I have to say.
She's also getting together the materials so she can make a costume of one of the Anime characters to wear at a fancy dress party in a couple of months.

You shouldn't complain though. Asian women look cracking dressed up as Dragonball Z characters.

Back to the house.
Well we met with the mortgage bloke today and basically we spent the most amount of money I've ever spent in a single transaction. It has virtually wiped out mine and Mrs Chappo's life savings. Close to $20,000 for closing costs and the down payment on the property. Fuck me!!! And I have to go to the doctors for a check up on Thursday so my blood pressure will be sky high and he'll moan at me for putting on weight. I've been drinking rather heavily tonight as well I should add........

As I've been through this a couple of times I just wallow in knowing that I owe more money than I have, by some considerable distance.
BTW: Stenciling!!!!!! Even the Bundy's wouldn't do that to a house.
