So Glastonbury is next week.

Is it me or is it always a bit crap?

Ok I've never actually been but I usually catch a fair bit of it on telly and I can hardly remember any act really putting on a decent show. Even acts I really love usually disappoint when it comes to Glastonbury. Exceptions would be Pulp in 1995 and Muse in 2004, but apart from that they usually fall flat.

I don't even know whos headlining this year.

And they always stick in one or two "ironic" acts to show how cool they are ie - Rolf Harris, Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey. It's like the festival equivalent of the NME.

In fact, Festivals = Not good.

I'm bored.

Yeh, but they're not exactly in private.

Iggy Pop has just done a blinding set.

I'm annoyed I missed Iggy and the Stooges, my mum was watching something else. I had endure the interminable Killers. God will someone tell Brandon Flowers he's got the stage presence of a particularly generic rock.

Yeh, the Joy Division cover annoyed me, but I don't know why.
