sheff weds might be getting warnock in. unbelievable

"Appointing the former manager of your hated local rivals might not be the best move at the best of times, but when you consider this is a man who once told FourFourTwo magazine that if he had a year left in football, he would like to manage Wednesday, so that he could "buy some crap players, get them relegated, and then retire to Cornwall", it would be an even bigger gamble. "

you've got to love warnock

i was watching football years on sky one last night and it was 00/01 when collymore went to about six different clubs, five weeks was the longest he lasted at any of them, and then he retired.

You said Football Years was boring the other month!

I actually felt a bit sorry for Stan Collymore on his YouTube videos. It was just him badly reading match reports and they were watched by about 300 people despite being featured.

that ended badly didn't it?

still, draw your home matches, lose your away ones, good way to get relegated.

I could do any of them, if I could be arsed.

Jesus. When I left work it was 4-1 with about 20 mins to go. I was listening to the Villa commentary and they were saying "It's going to be an away win here for Villa. I can't imagine Spurs getting back into this one...not even Man Utd in their pomp would turn this one around".

Goes to show.

Stan the Man is actually ok on radio FiveI think. He knows what he's talking about. if he stays out of the car parks late at night he should do quite nicely as a pundit.

I've said it before and I'll say it again Collymore's best years were at Forest. YouTube any of his Forest goals, they're all crackers. By FAR and away the best striker I've ever seen anywhere, anytime.

I was at this one.....we haven't played like this in a few years:

What was funny is that for every new club he started in 00/01, on everyone of his debuts, he managed to score absolutely fantastic goals.

fucking spurs! still, conceding 4 goals at home..that's something to be happy about.

not sure if anybody is interested, but the footy manager 2008 demo came out the other day. haven't had a chance to try it yet (no internet at home) but it's got some great new features apparently.

haha, you haven't played games for a while have you ronnie? fm/cm are tiny, compared to other games. the average demo is a couple gig nowadays.

anyway, bought this 'walk n web' thing that you plug straight into your comp and it gives you the internet! it's not bad actually. it's the thing people use on their laptops when they are on the go. downloading the demo at the moment...wish i didn't have work tomorrow Neutral
