there's a gay american man downstairs here. it's confusing.

also, the forum is very dead. seems it's just a glorified facebook for you and billy now.

and seeing as elliott wants to be stubborn and won't put a link to here on the WH site, it'll probably just get deader

i don't know what i'm doing tonight because everybody is with their family, but what if you don't have one? i actually went into work this morning because i was so bored, but then got more bored and came back home to find my landlord shouting at the nutter that lives downstairs because he went to the council to get register to vote and put this place as his address, thus fucking up our cash in hand hush hush arrangement. fucking idiot. i want to get really drunk tonight but can't be bothered coming back here afterwards so hopefully i can find somewhere to crash and then have alot of vodka. tomorrow, my nan's roast! it's like old days.

it always somehow manages to revive itself, normally due to the typings of a silly girl who gets flirty then insulted then confused them pmed then.. leaves. just watch the brooker special, why the fuck is he still obsessed with aislyene? The Matt Berry and his band appearance at the end was fantastic though

I was looking forward to Xmas this year but it's xmas eve now and I feel like the festive season is over already. It's the weirdest feeling. I think it's because my workplace didn't really do anything very Christmassy...no one arranged for a few beers after work or anything like that. Miserable sods. It's times like this where I miss my mates back home, at least we could get together and have a few laughs. Mrs Chappo and I already exchanged gifts on Friday before we left for Canada so there's not really anymore to look forward to in terms of pressies.

We're in Toronto on Xmas Eve and we're at a loose end about what we're going to do today....I'm just really bored really. Neutral

i don't understand why i'm not in the xmas mood either. i mean i'm at home with all my siblings and they're well excited... i've watched loads of xmas specials.. i've invited my spanish bassist over so he doesn't spend it on his own and i'm picking him up in the next hour from the train station... i djed at two xmas parties.. wore santa hats.. danced in fake snow... went to xmas parties elsewhere... even recorded an xmas song with the band...... and yet still can't even compute it's christmas day tomororw?..... christ... i haven't bought a single xmas present... nothing. i say 'happy xmas' so flippantly to people... i am scrooge and a half?

We ended up going to the Toronto Zoo today...which was fun. There is about a foot of snow on the ground here and so a lot of the animals stayed in their little dens. As it's Xmas Eve there were very few people there and it was quite scary at times walking past a seemingly empty field and then spotting a Cheetah in your peripheral vision with it's eyes fixed on you. No sign on a zookeeper or other customer anywhere.
It's was wickedly cold and the wind really biting so we tried to keep to the exotic animal houses that were warm. We did venture out to see the arctic foxes and bald eagles though. My favourite animal of the day was definintely the Otters....they really put on a show for the few folks that visited today - running around and diving in thier little pool, chasing each other etc - not like some of those other animals who quite simply couldn't be arsed to put in an appearence. The cunts.

Still doesn't feel like Christmas though. Tomorrow is going to be a long boring day I fear.

woke up feeling sooooooo bad, like theres a big animal at the back of my throat, and whats worse i've lost my appetite, argh! why on this day of all? christmas texts are annoying thouhg, because they come from the most random of people, and they say absolutely nothing noteworthy. apart from one i got that said 'happy halloween', thats the standard, guys.

i went out in my parent's local town last night. it's a small town, only about three pubs in the whole town... went with my spanish bassist cos i didn't want him to spend xmas alone... first pub, spent thirty minutes queuing for a drink. we bought a bottle of wine each. then realised my school mates were all at the other pub. cue downing a bottle of wine each. christ, we continued to get very wrecked.. the shocking thing was that actually i had a really fucking good time... this morning though, i was in so much pain ,and i still am. jfkgjfh been the worst company all day.

I was pretty bad company today too. I'm not sure why because I was in Canada with my relatives and that's always fun. I just found that I was exhausted...I was so tired and fell asleep on the couch for awhile. I tried to wake up and get into the swing of things but it wasn't happening. I had a few beers and a couple of glasses of wine but I couldn't really get in the mood. We're driving home to Rochester tomorrow and I'll be glad to get back, but then I'm off work for another 6 days and I know I'll be bored shitless by tomorrow night. Nothing to look forward to on New Years Eve either because we're staying home. The last 4 years we've been out to the bars and pubs looking for something fun to do and it's been a waste of time....people don't know how to do it here.

I want to be in a British pub with my mates ripping the piss out of one another. Nobody "takes the piss" over here...boring bastards!!!! :)

At least there's some football to listen to tomorrow anyway....
