Just stuck on Sound Affects by The Jam. Still one of my favourite albums of all time, just incredible.

Yeah, it's a cracker that one. I'm not a huge Jam fan but I do own that album.

I've been on a bit of a Neil Innes kick this weekend. Due to the fact that I downloaded Rutland Weekend Television from UKNova last week. Dug out my Rutles CDs and then moved onto the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah box set. Good stuff. Particularly The Rutles. Recommended if you like The Beatles.

Is that Rutland Weekend Television good then? I was considering downloading it but wasn't sure if it was worth using up my badwidth for.

If you like Monty Python stuff then I think you'd enjoy it. It's mainly Eric Idle so if you like him then I'd go for it. I've not watched much of it yet since downloading it but what I've seen was pretty funny.

The picture and sound quality of it is very good.

Oooooohhhhhh. I picked out REM's 'New Adventures In HiFi' yesterday. I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with REM but what I like by them I really love.

The song "Be Mine" on this album is absolutely very good.

I bought some sort of compilation of their early albums and it's a bit hit and miss.

Yeah. I'm not keen on their earlier stuff at all. I actually like their more popular stuff which is weird really. The albums 'Automatic For The People', 'Monster' and 'New Adventures In Hi Fi' are really good. Everything else I can take or leave.

There are some cracking songs 'New Adventures..' I forgot how good it was. The aforementioned 'Be Mine', 'New Test Leper' and 'So Fast, So Numb' are quite brilliant.
